I am currently writing a literature review in APA format on 3 articles.

I just had a question regarding the format of my paper. Some of the topics I must touch on are the following: hypothesis, population, sample used, independent and dependent variables, data collection methods….etc.

When I write the paper, do I put these headings above each section? (ie: before I summarize the population, do i type “population” above that paragraph for a heading?) or do i simply write the paper and discuss each topic without creating separate headings?

I’ve never written a lit. review so i’m a bit unsure….thanks!

I have slated the next 6 weeks for review before the Regents (as in NY this is a 2 year course covering the beginning of history until yesterday pretty much). I usually do outlines of the topics for the kids to fill in and play review games. I can’t do that for 6 weeks and still keep my job, I’m sure.

hahahahaha i was supposed to have a review in this newly opened review center located at the fifth floor beside Mc Do at MOrayta.. i paid 2000 in advance for reservation since July 27 2007 and the review was supposed to be on november 5,2007… i was very excited to have my review since it was strongly recommeded to me, to no avail i did not hesitate to enroll and did not bother to look for other review center.. but on november 3 ST THOMAS REVIEW CENTER, TIM CONCEPTION called me and said that the review was postponed …. the reason was 50 person who was sponsored by a company wanted to have the review on January 2008.. and that only 10 of us left for the said review…. and he said that i could have a refund of my payment or adviced me to “JUST” reschedule my exam ……. i felt so bad and disappointed, i was so furious, i couldnt help but cry. at this time of the year all review for the said exam has been already finished….. . was 10 people paying for 10thou each was not enough for a one month review?????is 100,000 thousand for a 25 day review…. this just proved that this review center has no act of service and , NO WORD OF HONOR, UNJUST, INCONSIDERATE. MUKHA KAYONG PERA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MAKARMA SANA KAYO DAHIL MAY PINASAKIT KAYO NG KALOOBAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a literature review to do which needs to be 6000 words approximately in length. Although I have just started writing it up I think I am going to struggle to write 6000 words. Basically my literature review is on the clinical effectiveness and cost effectiveness of computerised cognitive behavioural therapy in the treatment of depression and anxiety. Any tips on making it possible to reach my word count.
So far my essay plan is:
Intro
History of use of computers and internet in health care
Outline of various CCBT programs
The clinical review of CD-Rom based programs
The cost effectiveness of CD-ROM based programs
The clinical effectiveness of internet based programs
Limitations and Advantages of CCBT
Ethical issues with regards to CCBT
Conclusions

Basically I estimate that I will probably only reach about 4000 words!!

I saw all review from people who have seen the movie, but what about Ebert and Roeper, Gene Shallot, all the critics that normally give their review? I have not seen any by anyone. Is there a reason that when a movie of this sort comes out no one wants to review it. My friend says that critics normally dont want to review movies with Black themes or black movies….I have heard it was a good movie.
